Health Coach Holistic Care has partnered with courier service for the delivery of your order. If you are not at your delivery address when the delivery company attempts delivery, you will receive a notice advising you of the attempted delivery. The courier company will keep the parcel for you at the nearest courier offices until you can pick it up. Delivery to PO Boxes are not acceptable. You may also like to consider using your work address for the delivery of your order. International delivery processes will depend on your country’s postal system.
Please contact us right away or email us. As we process orders promptly, your order may have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, you can post it back to us unopened and in original condition for a full refund (less postage costs and 25 % re -stocking fee). Our business model is based on high turnover and low margins, which enables us to deliver lower prices than a suburban retail pharmacy. As our turnover is higher we can negotiate lower prices from our suppliers which we are able to pass on to you.
Occasionally products may be out of stock after you have placed your order. We will contact you by phone or email to seek your instructions – either to cancel the product, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product.
